How it works
The whole idea, in the order it happens.
One request, many steps
You say what you want, in Arabic or English, by text, voice note, screenshot or link. TWO reads it, works out the steps, and shows you what it is doing while it does it.
Decision points
Before anything that leaves a trace, TWO stops and shows an approval card: what, when, for whom, at what cost, and why this option. You approve or cancel. Nothing moves without you unless you have set a rule that allows it.
Verified results
Approval is not completion. Sent is not agreed. Paid is not confirmed. TWO keeps these apart and shows each one as it becomes true.
Memory
TWO keeps what you tell it about yourself: preferences, routines, people, places. You can see, edit and forget every item. Memory is context, never permission.
Permissions
For each kind of action you choose a level: can see, can prepare, asks first, or auto within a rule you write. Levels are changed in the app, never from chat.
When a result cannot be confirmed
Sometimes the other side does not answer in time. This is how TWO behaves.
Example: the airline’s confirmation times out after payment was authorised.
TWO does not retry the payment. It tells you, keeps checking, and confirms the outcome with you before any further step.
